Being a guest of the Fairmont Copley completely transformed my stay in Boston! The second I stepped into the palatial lobby I felt as though I was living out my childhood dreams of being a princess. Every square inch touched with elegant and luxurious detail. Not only did I feel like royalty, but I was treated like royalty too. The staff was eager to help, friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a stunning place to stay here in Boston, The Fairmont Copley is the only way to go!

In-room Dining service is offered 24 hours daily. This service includes an impressivly expansive selection of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert options. As you can see in the photo below I couldn’t help my self from trying out the menu. I woke up a happy girl with a delicious breakfast in bed spread of fresh fruit, avocado, and chocolate croissants. OAK LONG BAR + KITCHEN
Voted “#1 Hotel Bar” by Boston Magazine 2017, the OAK Long Bar + Kitchen offers exceptional cuisine, hand crafted cocktails and a unique ambiance. During our first dining experience for dinner we ordered the lobster roll with tarragon aioli in a toasted bun and the pan seared local swordfish served with charred eggplant puree, zucchini, squash, roasted tomatoes, cranberry beans. Our waitress was welcoming and provided us with an unforgettable night! Long story short, this was such a great meal and dining experience that we decided to come back for our last breakfast in Boston. For breakfast we split an order of the raspberry + granola pancakes with a side of Vermont maple syrup and warm hot coco (pictured below).
Tip: While walk-ins are welcomed, please try to make reservations beforehand to avoid a long wait time. To make a reservation at the OAK Long Bar + Kitchen, click here.

The Fairmont Copley sits right in the heart of Boston’s historic Back Bay. Take two steps out the front door of the Fairmont Copley and you are right next to the picturesque Boston Public Library, Trinity Church and countless restaurants. Take a 10 minute walk and you’ve found your way to some of my favorites spots in Boston: Public Garden (pictured below), Beacon Hill and Newbury Street. Honestly I was a little weary about these spots not being as impressive as it typically is during other seasons, but truthfully it is beautiful during every season!
